EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange, as long as the goods are;

*In their original condition and packaging with all tags still intact,
*Have not been worn, damaged or washed.

Please return the goods within 7 working days of purchase date with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Goods will be exchanged for other items chosen by the customer or refunded to the original card of purchase once we receive the original goods from you. Return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. MADE B Y JIMMY take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
 

FAULTY GOODS

We will exchange or refund faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty at the discretion of MADE BY JIMMY provided:

*They  are damaged when the customer receives them.
*Show a manufacturing fault.
*No alterations or attempts to repair have been made by the customer.
 

How to return/ exchange;

Email: customer@madebyjimmy.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will receive your RA number.  Items can be posted to the following address:
